Question: Is your site secure?
Answer: Yes! The information you provide during checkout is stored on a secure server. The credit card information screen utilizes a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Credit Card Encryption Technology which protects the information that is entered when you place an order.
Question: What type of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks made out to Zenmar Ventures Inc. (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
Question: How long will it take for my order to ship?
Answer: Depending on the product most orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 days. If it would exceed the 10 day period, you would be contacted via phone or e-mail.
Question: What type of Carriers do you use for shipping?
Answer: Since we are dealing with a wide variety of Warehouses and Wholesalers it could be any one of the major carriers (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, DHL). In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.
Question: Do you give shipping discounts?
Answer: Yes! Discounts are available on shipping for multiple items purchased. The discount also depends on the type of products purchased.
Question: Do you provide tracking numbers?
Answer: Yes! When the tracking numbers become available they will be sent to you via e-mail.
Question: What happens if an item is out of stock?
Answer: We would refund your money immediately or you could apply it to another purchase.

Answer: All of our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Every product that you purchase must be free of defects or you may return it within 10 days of delivery for replacement or a full refund. (Replacement is subject to availability.)
