Make-Ahead Breakfast Casserole
8 eggs
8 slices of bread (cubed)
¼ cup milk
handful of cheddar cheese
minced onion (couple of shakes)
pepper relish (1/4 jar at best)
cubed ham (handful)
salt & pepper
Place cubed bread in 8x8 casserole dish. Whisk eggs with milk, salt & pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients and then pour entire mixture into the dish. Cover with aluminum foil & refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes and then uncover for the last 10 minutes.
