Brunch Casserole
1 and ½ pounds of pork sausage or ham
2 and ½ cups of croutons
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 and ½ cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 eggs
¾ tsp. Dry mustard
salt & pepper
Brown and drain meat. Spray casserole dish with Pam and spread the croutons on the bottom, then cheese and meat. With a beater, mix eggs, soup, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over layered ingredients and refrigerate. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
