Morning Sausage Casserole
1 pound pork sausage
6-8 eggs
2 cups milk
6 slices cubed white bread (no crust)
1 cup cubed velvetta cheese
1tsp. Dry mustard
½ tsp. Salt
Brown and drain the pork sausage. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard & salt together, add sausage. Place cubbed bread and cheese into a greased 13x9 casserole dish. Pour mixture over it, cover and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
